Specific duties
- Proper scheduling for vehicle maintenance;
- Carrying out quality control of the fleet management;
- Conducting pre-inspection and post-inspection of vehicles;
- Identifying and reporting any accidental or mechanical vehicle damage;
- Liaising with Supply Chain Division on vehicles and accessories specifications;
- Ensuring compliance with Road Traffic laws;
- Managing service compliance summary reports;
- Managing motor vehicle maintenance history;
- Maintaining records of service providers;
- Certifying service invoices for payment;
- Protecting and maintaining confidential security information.
Qualifications and experience
- The candidate must possess a Diploma in Business Administration/Management, Logistics & Transport or Advanced TEVET Certificate in Automobile Mechanics.
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience
