Position: Systems & Applications Developer (2 Positions) (Digital Banking and Innovation Department)
Summary of Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement innovative software applications to drive digital transformation across the entire NICO Group.
- Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain APIs and system integration to enhance communication between NICO Group’s digital platforms.
- Support the automation of business processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in applications and systems.
- Collaborate with third-party fintechs and partners to integrate new technologies into one NICO Group ecosystem.
- Conduct thorough testing and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure application reliability.
- Maintain documentation for developed systems, including technical specifications and user manuals.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software development, with a focus on financial systems or digital banking solutions.
- Experience with programming languages such as PHP (CodeIgniter), Java, Python, React Native, C#, or JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, Microsoft SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and cloud computing platforms.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in application development.
- Understanding of banking processes, payment systems, and fintech integrations.
- Experience with mobile app development (Android and iOS) using React Native is an added advantage.
