Coca-Cola Beverages Limited (Malawi), a subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa and a leading soft drinks company within Africa and Malawi is excited to announce vacancies within its COMMERCIAL Department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for the following position:

Sales Team Leader

This role will report to the Regional Sales Manager and will be tenable at Lilongwe.

Key purpose

To deliver Volume and Revenue growth in all channels and to grow customer base and manage accounts. Brilliant execution and sales through their sales reps/people

Outputs and Accountabilities:

• Maximizes allocation of resources in area (e.g., POS, coolers)
• Manages and measures sales targets daily and takes corrective action with team.
• Trade and Outlet Execution lead and coach a team of Account Developers.
• Promotions: Implement promotional plans
• Merchandising and Order Generation

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Sales/ Marketing or equivalent
• Ideally a minimum of 3 years previous sales experience or equivalent FMCG experience
