An opportunity has risen for highly motivated, competent and result oriented individuals to fill vacant positions as Retail Sales Officer, Customer Service Assistant and Claims Assessor based in Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mzuzu.

 

RETAIL SALES OFFICERS

 Duties & Responsibilities

1. The successful candidate will be responsible for Selling the company’s retail products to individual customers
2. They will also be assisting customers by giving them after sales service.
3. They will be responding to customer queries and complaints.
4. Helping management to gather market intelligence for decision making

 

Requirements

1. Must have a very good MSCE with credits in English and mathematics
2. Must have a certificate in marketing from a recognized institution
3. Must be very fluent in English and Chichewa (Tumbuka is an added advantage for those to be based in Mzuzu)
4. Ability to work with minimal supervision
5. Must be willing to work rigorously towards achieving targets set by the Company from time to time.
6. Must be aged between 25 and 45 years
7. Must have at least 2 years’ experience in outdoor sales environment
