VACANCY: PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR
Ambuya Development Center (ADC ) is a Christian Non-Governmental Organization that works
with Orphans and Vulnerable Children, Poor Women and Men to show the love of God by
supporting them in their transformational process God intended for them. ADC is looking for a
Program Administrator for its center in Thanganyika Village at T/A Kuntaja.
S/he will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of ADC & its construction projects. S/
he will lead in the planning, implementation, controlling, monitoring and report writing of all the
projects that are executed under ADC.
DUTIES & EXPERIENCE
- Managing Program Staff
- Managing Program Budget and make periodic financial reports.
- Ensuring the Implementation of construction projects in the project cycle
- Monitoring Program Success
- Writing Projects Reports
- Carrying out research as mandated by the Board
- Ensuring all Statutory Requirements are met
- Contributing to the process of writing projects proposals
- Expanding Ambuya Development Center
- Attending Board Meetings.
- Preparing for Visitors to the Center.
- Representing Ambuya Development Center where necessary
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Director or The Board Of directors.
- A Degree in Business Administration or Development Studies and a minimum of five years
experience in a senior position or demonstrated experience working with NGOs or donor funded
projects.
