JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTANT

Location: Lilongwe

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our financial records, preparing financial statements, tax preparation, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The Accountant will also provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in accounting
3. Proven experience in tax preparation and planning
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
5. Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
