FEED PLANT OPERATOR AND SOYA EXTRUDER/EXPELLER PLANT OPERATOR
About Us
Thanzi Chicks Limited is an integrated Poultry operation with Breeders, Hatchery, Broilers and Layers. We are accepting applications to fill the following positions:
1. Poultry Mash and Pellet Feed Plant Operator and
2. Full Fat Soya Extruder and Expeller Plant Operator
Key Responsibilities
1. Poultry Mash and Pellet Feed Plant Operator:
- Operate, Monitor, and Maintain Poultry Mash and Pellet Feed Plant (LARK make or similar) to ensure smooth production operations.
2. Full Fat Soya Extruder and Expeller Plant Operator
- Operate, Monitor, and Maintain Full Fat Soya Extruder and Expeller Processing Plant (MILLBANK make or similar)
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance
- Maintain records of Production, Deliveries and Maintenance Activities.
- Identify and troubleshoot Plant related issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Work closely with Farm Teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted supply of Feed.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience
- Strong understanding of the Equipment, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on Plants.
- Knowledge of Safety and Environmental regulations.
- Team player with Good communication skills in English
- Willing to relocate to Lilongwe, Malawi.
