JOB OPPORTUNITY COAL FIRED STEAM BOILER OPERATOR
About Us
Nutricom Food and Beverages Limited is a leading producer of Kombucha. We are looking for a Skilled
Operator for Coal Fired Steam Boiler (1 TPH) to join our team at our production facility at Njewa in
Lilongwe, Malawi.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Boiler Operator for Coal Fired Steam Boiler with at least five years of experience
on THERMAX Boilers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and
maintenance of our steam boiler system to support our production process.
Key Responsibilities
● Operate, monitor, and maintain THERMAX make Coal-Fired Steam Boilers to ensure smooth production operations.
● Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure that the boiler is functioning
efficiently and safely.
● Control and adjust boiler settings to optimize steam production while maintaining safety standards.
● Maintain records of boiler operations, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
● Identify and troubleshoot boiler-related issues to minimize downtime.
● Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
● Work closely with the Production team to ensure continuous steam supply.
Key Requirements
● Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operating THERMAX make Coal Fired Steam Boilers.
● Strong understanding of boiler operations, maintenance, and safety protocols.
● Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on boiler systems.
● Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to steam boiler operations.
● Good communication and teamwork skills.
● Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lilongwe, Malawi.
