OFFICE ASSISTANT
Location: Lilongwe and Blantyre
Job Purpose:
The position ensures a clean and safe work environment and helps maintain a systematic filling
system in all offices. Ensures that all business communications from within and outside the
organization is channeled properly to the right and responsible officer.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning of offices
- Providing Messenger services
- Assist in filling of documents
- Maintain visitors’ record book
- Deliver and collect mail
- Assist in photocopying of documents for officers
- Making and serving tea and refreshments as required
- Facilitate liaison between clients and officers
- Attend to visitors and clients
Qualification, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum Malawi School of Education.
- Not less than twO years’ experience in similar job
- Team work combined with strong interpersonal relations skills.
- Good communication skills both and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and even off hours.
