Synthesis Agriculture Company Limited is seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Irrigation Engineer and Sales Administrator at our Lilongwe office, Malawi.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and promote irrigation solutions.
- Provide technical support for irrigation system design, installation, and maintenance.
- Utilize QGIS and farm mapping tools for efficient irrigation system design.
- Demonstrate understanding of irrigation principles and solar pumping systems.
- Administer sales processes and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Update management on sales performance and market developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Irrigation Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in GIS software and farm mapping techniques.
- Basic understanding of irrigation principles and system design.
- Familiarity with solar pumping systems.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset.
