Reporting to the Country Head of Corporate Banking witha dotted reporting to Ecobank Group’s Global Account Manager (GAM), Global Corporates. The successful candidate will be responsible
for managing and developing the Bank’s Global Corporate Banking business by growing revenues in the most efficient manner. He/she will also be responsible for identifying Corporate Banking clients’ needs and developing solutions to effectively address those needs.
•Manage the in-country relationship to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio
•Devise and propose service development initiatives for the overall global corporate portfolio
•Attain targeted sales goals, performance targets and customer satisfaction through the effective management of allocated personnel and resources
•Conduct joint sales with Local Account Managers and product team with emphasis on cross selling to increase wallet share for Ecobank
•Together with Heads of Units and GAMs review account plans for all networked customers with a view to enhancing business volumes and earnings
•Support the GAM in implementing the global customer acquisition and retention strategy.
•Understand customer needs and provide products and services to satisfy client needs and achieve business objectives.
•Implement marketing strategies to develop existing portfolio and create new business opportunities.
•Manage customer credit in line with the business strategy and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or related field of study
with at least 5 years relevant experience.
