First Capital Bank is looking for a creative designer and digital marketing officer to manage all creative designs and digital marketing executions.
Strategic Purpose
- To manage the First Capital Bank corporate brand and products design elements.
- To develop creatives based on customer’s insights.
- To develop brand campaigns from concept to communication and execution.
- To conduct brand and product digital surveys.
- To design all corporate and internal marketing creative artworks.
- To develop and execute First Capital Bank’s digital marketing strategy.
Key Tasks
1. Creative Designs
The designer will be responsible for designing all product and corporate brand artworks including:
- Promotional campaigns
- Newsletter production
- Point of sales materials
- Merchandise and novelties
- And all other artworks as required
- Multimedia production
2. Digital Marketing
- Search Engine Optimization/ Marketing
- Website management content creation
- Influencer marketing
- Display and programmatic advertisements
- Social media management
Candidate requirements and skills:
- University degree
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Marketing/Graphic Design
- Good verbal and written language skills for English
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Exceptional creativity and innovation
- Accuracy and attention to detail
Experience
- Experience with Adobe Suite with focus on Photoshop and Illustrator and InDesign as well as MailChimp and video production and photography skills
- Ability to use digital marketing measurement tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, Google Analytics etc.)
- Must present at least three 360 marketing campaigns implemented
- Must prepare monthly reports
- Must present a quarterly performance review
- Conduct brand and customer research online
