Digital Marketing Specialist

Reporting to Marketing Manager
Summary of Key job Requirements
- Plan, manage and execute on digital marketing campaigns (organic and paid) timeously and in line with the relevant campaign strategy
- Successfully collaborate with both internal and external contacts in campaign conception, briefing execution, delivery, and reporting
- Work closely with group digital content team to maintain and develop social media presence
- Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against set campaign goals and business KPIs
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights
- Work with agencies to identify market-specific nuances and incorporate in campaign execution
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and A/B tests
- Collaborate with internal and agency teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Collaborate with the Digital Enablement and the Group Digital Analytics teams to establish conversion points and optimize the user funnel
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspectives for adoption where appropriate
Qualifications and Experience
- Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing or related field
- A member of any marketing board is an added advantage
- 3 plus years at similar role
- Technical proficiency and digital tools
- Strong data analytics and performance measurement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Premier Pro/Canva is a plus
