  • Analyze customer feedback to improve overall service delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field (Degree is an added advantage).

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
