Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with account registration and service usage.

Monitor customer interactions and suggest improvements.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Analyze customer feedback to improve overall service delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field (Degree is an added advantage).

Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support tools.
