Agricultural Trading Company Limited (ATC), a subsidiary company of AHL Group PIc, is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacant position of Counter Sales Clerk.

Position Function

Reporting to the Branch Supervisor, the overall function of the Counter Sales Clerk is customer service and selling of products at a point of sale.

Main Duties and responsibilities:

1. Selling of agricultural and related products and services.
2. Providing technical advice to customers on the use of products.
3. Liaising with Branch Supervisor on product demands and restocking
4. Participating in periodic stock takes.
5. Updating of bin cards
6. Conducting daily sales summary and banking
7. Any other related duties assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications/Experience/ Personal Specifications

1. Certificate in Business Management / Marketing
2. Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
3. At least 2 years’ working experience
4. Excellent computer skills
5. Able to meet deadlines
6. Team player
