As a Brand development and Marketing officer, you will be at the heart of E-Nyasa’s brand-building efforts. You will design compelling visuals, manage social media engagement, create engaging video content, and develop brand and marketing strategies that align with our vision. Your creativity and expertise will help position E-Nyasa as a leader in the renewable energy space. The vacancy is of one year contract, renewable depending on your performance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Website, Meta Business, Instagram, Tiktok, Linked in, Twitter content management including SEO research, editing and keeping content up to date.
Conducting aggressive email marketing, Social media marketing, content marketing, direct marketing, sales promotion, field marketing, blogging, viral videos, influencer relationships, print advertising, Radio marketing, etc
Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and branding materials (Social media ads, banners, templates, etc.).
Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print assets.
Collaborate with teams to design promotional and advertising materials.
Initiating, developing and reviewing marketing and business development plans, strategies and practices for E-Nyasa.
Developing and implementing sales, marketing and distribution financial objectives, forecasting requirements; preparing annual sales and distribution budgets, monitoring scheduling of expenditures, analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions
Managing the branding of E-Nyasa’s outlets and exhibitions to showcase company’s products and services in order to enhance Company’s visibility.
· Creating compelling and engaging content for various platforms- social media, blogs, website, linked in, etc.
· Developing strategies of convincing and motivating staff in E-Nyasa Group to perform at their most profitable level; and the customers to recognize and choose E-Nyasa Group
· Providing market intelligence to the company.
Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation.
Continuously reviewing changes in the Market, Consumer trends, the activities of competitors and adjusting the Market plan if necessary.
Liase with external advertising agencies.
Negotiating with customers for bulk sales.
· Developing client relationships by assessing their needs and addressing their complaints.
· Leading in development and negotiations of business and marketing contracts and agreements with customers and partners.
· Manage customer data base.
· Guiding all employees on Marketing and Business Development on day to day activities and appraising their performance.
· Conducting door to door and office campaigns for our products
· Creating weekly plans and reports, and monthly plans and reports and yearly plans and reports.
· Evaluating the effectiveness of all communication, marketing, civic education and public relations activities.
· Implementing community engagement activities, Product marketing campaigns.
Ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.
· Assisting in developing RFQs and Proposals.
· Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and experience.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing from a Public University.
· 3 years’ experience in aggressive marketing, digital marketing and strategy formulation.
- Tiktok/ Facebook adept.
- Graphic Designing.
