Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to join our team and play a key role in
Managing one of our satellites he will take the leading role in overseeing the branch operations marketing as well as manage the branch financial accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service, decision making skills, and financial management
Key Responsibility
- Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
- Managing financial accounts
- Overseeing day to day operations of the branch
- Producing daily, weekly and monthly sales, operations and financial reports Maintaining daily records
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from any accredited institution or any related Business studies.
- Proven experience as team leader
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
