JOB TITLE: Assistant Human Resources Officer
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. The Assistant Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various
human resource functions, which include labour relations, recruitment, training and development,
performance monitoring and employee counselling
2. Responsible for different kinds of administrative functions essential for everyday operation of the
department and fulfillment of the company set policies and procedures.
ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum qualification of a Diploma or Advanced Diploma Human Resources Management; those
with a first degree in the relevant field will have an added advantage.
2. Hands on experience in a busy establishment with a minimum of two years.
