We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for the following position:
Wholesale Manager
This position will be reporting to the Commercial Director and is tenable in Lilongwe with substantial amount of travel outside duty station
Key purpose
To deliver volume and revenue growth by effectively managing the Sales & Marketing team, implementation of business plans and delivering Customer Service Excellence.
Outputs and Accountabilities:
- Ensure profit and performance delivery of the channel as per the plans.
- Rollout and ensure effective use of customer segmentation & related tool kits.
- Build Capability and Manage Performance of Sales team
- Drive execution standards across all channels
- Ensure execution of Cooler Management
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Sales/ Marketing or equivalent
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years previous sales experience or equivalent FMCG experience
