POST: Waste Management Supervisor
Grade: M8
Qualifications:
Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Public Health obtained from accredited institutions’
Duties
i. Supervising waste collection teams and drivers
ii. Coordinating waste collection schedules and routes
iii. Ensure compliance with waste management regulations and laws
iv. Implementing waste reduction and recycling programs
v. Managing waste disposal sites and facilities
vi. Conducting inspections and monitoring waste management processes
vii. Investigating and resolving client complaints
viii. Training and guiding team members on waste management initiatives
ix. Analysing and reporting on waste management metrics and performance
x. Managing budgets and resources for waste management operations
