Job Summary

Job Description:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen, utilizing a comprehensive understanding of the menu.
- Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure a memorable dining experience for guests.
- Anticipate and address guest needs, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain overall efficiency in service.
- Process guest payments, handling cash and electronic transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waitress in a hospitality setting.
- Certificate in hotel or hospitality management.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
