Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and beverages professionally and with attention to detail
- Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to any requests or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service delivery
- Support event service as needed for private functions and large gatherings
Requirements
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is an advantage (but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Polite, presentable, and customer-service oriented
