WAITER

EXPERIENCE 2 YEARS

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet, escort, and seat guests; take accurate orders and serve food, beverages, and menu recommendations.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages while upselling additional items.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Manage tables, handle payments, and process transactions efficiently.
• Communicate with kitchen and other staff to ensure fast, smooth service.
• Keep the dining area and restaurant environment clean, neat, and organized; clean and maintain equipment as needed.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management and at least 2 years’ experience as a waiter.
• Strong food and beverage service skills with in-depth knowledge of menu items.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Well-groomed, organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in restaurant operations, safety, and hygiene standards.
