VAN SALES REPRESENTATIVE (3)
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the above post, which has arisen in our organization Brands Africa Malawi. The incumbents will be based in Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mzuzu.
The Job
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the successful applicants will be responsible for:
- Creating awareness, building, and growing customer base for Brands Africa brands and products by marketing and selling into all sizes of outlets using a vehicle with products for sale on payment on delivery basis.
- Selling Brands Africa appropriate products to customers and monitoring stock levels, deliveries, product supply & in-store merchandising.
- Building and maintaining customer relations to ensure sustainable market.
- Accounting for stock management in the van.
- Managing and accounting for cash and other forms of payment.
- Providing market information to sales manager for stock purposes.
- Ensuring a continuous cycle of review for improvement.
The Person
The ideal applicant should possess the following minimum qualifications and attributes:
Education:
MSCE + Diploma in Business Management, Sales, and Marketing or related.
Experience:
- At least 2 experience in the same or similar role.
- A clean drivers licence.
- Self-motivated and must be able to work under minimum supervision.
