Training Project Manager

A project manager plans organizes, and oversees a project from start to finish. They should guarantee that the project is finalized to the contentment of all stakeholders within the designated budget and timeline. A project manager identifies the project’s goals, objectives, and scope and creates a plan outlining the tasks, timelines, and resources required. They communicate with the project team and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure the project stays on track. A project manager also evaluates the project’s success and identifies areas for improvement in future projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training programs, including content description, sustainable learning delivery methods, customized learner paths, training program communication, and evaluation.
  • Program Training Communications Planning and Execution
  • Analyze Training Needs with the requestors/customers
  • Plan and implement projects
  • Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Define tasks and required resources
  • Collect and manage project team
  • Allocate project resources
  • Create a schedule and project timeline
  • Track deliverables
  • Support and direct team
  • Lead quality assurance
  • Monitor and report on project progress
  • Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
  • Evaluate and assess the result of the project
  • Milestone management is very critical
  • Will manage project statuses and meeting for the entire team
  • And any other duties assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Servant leadership mindset
  • Project planning, risk management, time management, and other project management skills
  • Conflict resolution experience
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management
  • Proficiency in project management software tools
  • BSc/BA in business/psychology or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus

Salary: MWK350,000 per month
