Trade Execution Representative at Chibuku Products Limited

TRADE EXECUTION REPRESENTATIVE

This position is tenable at our Mangochi Brewery. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Sales and will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring the efficient execution of trade activities within the regional brewery. This role involves meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, promoting company products, enhancing market intelligence, and ensuring effective cooler and cold space management.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

•  Conducting daily inventory checks for key SKUS especially opaque beer
• Meeting pre-set sales target to achieve the regional sales budget
• Customer and product development
• Competitor analysis and reporting
• Customer relationship management and negotiation
• Gathering and analyzing market data on product performance
• Promotion of company products to both existing and potential customers
• Following customer route card for delivery schedules and completion
• Managing product returns and crate tracking at retail and depot levels
• Compliance with local regulations and laws regarding sales and distribution of alcoholic beverages
• Placing timely orders and managing distribution logistics

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Minimum of MSCE
• Diploma in marketing or business administration
• 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing
•  Those with CIM diploma will have an added advantage Proficiency in sales and trade-related software and tools.
• Self-driven and result oriented
• Ability to maintain good relationships with customers at all levels
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•  High Integrity
• No criminal record
• Clean Motor Cycle driving license is a must
