Trade Execution Manager at Castel Malawi Limited

Trade Execution Manager

The Position Exists To:

• Develop and implement the trade execution strategy to deliver the growth for the business product portfolio.
• Develop and implement the trade marketing standard to drive and grow the channel profitability in line with the business vision.
• Manage the cold drink asset base and ROI invested in the market and ensure compliance to the set standards.
• Run regular market audits to measure sales force compliance to set standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to manage trade assets and ensure return on investment.
• Standardize and align trade execution KPIs with brands and channels marketing strategy.
• Intepret ATL and BTL Strategy into operational KPIs for each channel and region.
• Participate and guide in the annual review and update of PICOS together with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Develop parameters that ensure continuous improvement of trade execution standards in order to achieve Brand and Channel Marketing needs.
• Develop investment plans and budgets that ensure events are equipped with all required materials.
• Assess and keep up-to-date inventory status for Trade assets.
