The Text Annotation Technician will be instrumental in labelling and structuring advertising spend data to enhance our AI models and analytics capabilities. Your work will directly contribute to the accuracy and reliability of our media intelligence platform, supporting clients in making informed advertising decisions

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately annotate and label media spend data, including campaign names, ad formats, pricing details, and publisher information.

• Apply consistent tagging schemas to ensure data uniformity across datasets.

• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to refine annotation guidelines and improve data quality.

• Conduct quality assurance checks to validate the accuracy of annotations.

• Maintain documentation of annotation processes and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related field preferred.

• Experience with text annotation tools and methodologies.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Familiarity with media buying and advertising terminology.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with media spend datasets or in the advertising industry.

• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and the role of annotated data in model training.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL
