Territory Sales Officer

The Malawi Police SACCO seeks to hire dedicated and suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of Territory Sales Officer to be based in the Northen Region. The Territory Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales in the Northen Region by building and maintaining strong relationships with members and identifying new business opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruit new members and retain existing ones.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors.
- Deliver sales presentations and promote services.
- Collaborate with teams to meet member needs.
- Provide regular sales reports and attend industry events
Qualification, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field. Sales experience, preferably in the SACCO sector.
- Valid class B driving license.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
