About the role

We are seeking  two Temporary Business Operations Support Assistants to join our team. The successful candidate will maintain 100% accuracy of inventory records and sales receipts, Support inventory reconciliation, resolve discrepancies and variances and ensure timely and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Inventory & Sales Reconciliation Support
    • Support the Inventory Reconciliation Officer in identifying and resolving variances
    • Investigate discrepancies and provide recommendations for resolution.
    • Assist in verifying dispatches and receipts at warehouses and retail shops.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and recording of inventory movements.
  • Data Entry
    • Accurately enter inventory data into the system.
    • Maintain organized records and files.
  •  Inventory Control
    • Assist in checking physical counts.
    • Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or issues.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • 1 year experience in an office environment with a diploma in administration, accounting. Experience in bookkeeping will be an advantage.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel and Word).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
