About the role
We are seeking two Temporary Business Operations Support Assistants to join our team. The successful candidate will maintain 100% accuracy of inventory records and sales receipts, Support inventory reconciliation, resolve discrepancies and variances and ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Responsibilities will include;
- Inventory & Sales Reconciliation Support
- Support the Inventory Reconciliation Officer in identifying and resolving variances
- Investigate discrepancies and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Assist in verifying dispatches and receipts at warehouses and retail shops.
- Ensure accurate documentation and recording of inventory movements.
- Data Entry
- Accurately enter inventory data into the system.
- Maintain organized records and files.
- Inventory Control
- Assist in checking physical counts.
- Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or issues.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- 1 year experience in an office environment with a diploma in administration, accounting. Experience in bookkeeping will be an advantage.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel and Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
