Job Description

- Creating & maintaining Operations Department records to ensure quick retrieval of information.
- Implementing record management and legislative requirements.
- Analyzing Operations information needs and developing procedures to ensure these requirements are met.
- Ensuring all hard files have corresponding retrievable electronic copies.
- Providing the necessary support to Audit, Risk and Compliance to ensure regulatory and company requirements met.
- As a records officer you will be required to work closely with all Operations staff to ensure they are provided with records needed to perform their duties.
- Oversee scanning and archiving of records in accordance with Old Mutual standards
- Oversee and lead Archives Office.
- Produce monthly reports.
