Required Qualifications
- A relevant first degree (BA/BSc/BEd)
Role Requirements
- Has experience of working within SEN provision.
- Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and the SEND Code of
Practice. - Is committed to inclusion and passionate about helping every child succeed.
- Able to support the strategic development of SEND provision in line with the SEND Code of Practice.
- Identify children’s needs and work closely with teachers/families to ensure personalised support
- Support the SENDCO in their deliver of staff training to promote inclusive classroom practices
- Champion the well-being and inclusion of every child.
