Minimum Requirements

• Only those registered with the Teachers Council of Malawi (TCM) need apply.
• PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS ONLY (must have a degree in education).
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with demonstrable results with a reputable institution, teaching at least two subjects.
• IT LITERACY – candidates must be IT literate and able to demonstrate the implementation of digital resources in their teaching practices and methodologies
• Candidates must have passion, and qualities that are in alignment with our values
