POSITION : Systems Development Manager

Specific duties
- Designing systems architecture with the development teams;
- Developing and monitoring realistic project plan for the implementation of software development projects;
- Providing technical assistance during the software development process;
- Aligning software developments to the ICT and Corporate strategy;
- Collaborating with the business team to identify and prioritize areas requiring process automation;
- Managing source code versioning;
- Ensuring compliance of all development work in line with the systems development framework and best practices, including DevOps;
- Actively identifying and resolving issues that may result in project delays.
Qualification and Experience
- The candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information System from a recognized and accredited University
- Possession of any relevant ICT Certification will be an added advantage
- A minimum work experience of 8 years in software development
