Specific duties
- Improving systems by studying current practices and designing modifications;
- Creating test scenarios and verifying the system;
- Maintaining all minutes, user requirements and any related project documents on Git repository;
- Guiding the process of modelling and designing new systems in line with the Authorities’ strategic goals;
- Gathering business requirements from identified project stakeholders;
- Translating the business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements;
- Presenting solutions to business stakeholders and facilitating the iterative refinement of the system requirements;
- Working with the developers (programmers) to make sure system requirements are un-ambiguous.
Qualification and Experience
- The candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s in Computer science from a recognized and accredited University
- Possession of any relevant ICT Certification in systems Analysis and design will be an added advantage
- A minimum work experience of 3 years.
