In its effort to build a sustainable and homegrown talent pipeline for its staff in its core operational areas, TFI intends to recruit vibrant Malawian youths with a passion for a career in this exciting and growing sector to fill the following urgent positions:

1. General Factory Supervisors (11)
2. Machine Operator (13)
3. Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Assurance Officers (3)
4. Hygiene Officers (2)
5. Quality Control Officers (2).

NOTE: Successful candidates will undergo an in-house training (On the Job training)

To qualify for these positions; you MUST have the following attributes:

1. Full MSCE with passes in English and Mathematics
2. Diploma in a relevant field for positions 1, 3, 4 & 5
3. MSCE and / or certificate / relevant experience working in a factory for position 2
4. Positive attitude is a MUST
5. Prepared to work long hours
6. Results oriented
7. Dedicated, committed and hard working.
