NorthSha’ar Technical College has been strategically positioned to produce a cadre of innovative entrepreneurs with the requisite skills and competence to establish sustainable and profitable enterprises that are ethically governed. For students to graduate at the College, they should have an innovation up to prototype level, develop a viable business plan, and register a company. The College will facilitate solicitation of investments to commercialize the innovations and provide two-year coaching and mentorship program to the fledgling enterprises to guarantee their success.

As we prepare to open our doors in September 2025, we are searching for young, innovative, entrepreneurial-minded and tech-savvy team to help bring our unique vision to life.

1. TUTORS: To provide Consultant Teaching in the following:

• Drone Technologies | Robotics Technologies
• ICT – Programming | ICT – Internet of Things
• Renewable and Green Energy Technologies | Waste Management Technologies
• Electronics and Electrical Installation

Are you passionate about Technology and Entrepreneurship? Do you want to be part of an Innovation Revolution? Do you possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Renewable Energy, Environmental Management, Computer Science, Computer Networking, Programming or relevant qualifications with at least 2 years’ industry experience?

2. Accountant: Do you have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Diploma in Accounting with 5 years’ experience in operational and advisory role to management in accounting, auditing, taxation, legal compliance and risk management?

3. Administration/Customer Relationship Manager: Are you customer centric with a pleasant personality, people oriented, strategic thinker and multi-tasking individual with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business/Public Administration and at least 2 years’ experience in a busy Academic, Tourism or related environment?
