All roles are full-time contracts offered to candidates with fluent and written English and based at our factory site off Kasiya Road. HEAD OF TECHNICAL SERVICES
Duties
- Oversees the operations of API Extraction Business to EU-GMP standards
- Holds full responsibility for meeting production targets and quality parameters
Pre-requisites
- Undergraduate qualification in Science or Chemical Manufacturing field
- At least 10 years’ experience in a similar role, operating a EU-GMP compliant facility
- Must demonstrate a proven track record of leading API Production compliant with EU GMP standards
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Duties
- Technical day to day management of the factory systems – maintaining high-pressure extraction systems (600Bar), generators (1000KVA+), large UPS System (350KW), Solar Arrays, PLC controlled production equipment and commercial kitchen systems.
- Management of service team, service vendors and maintaining spares/consumables for factory systems.
Pre-requisites
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Be able to demonstrate 5 years of Service management leadership
- Self-starter, enjoys the challenge of learning and operating complex systems Full, clean driving license, IPAF, Fork Truck, Health and Safety Training Management of service vendors and maintaining spares/consumables for factory systems
IT MANAGER
Duties
- ICT Infrastructure Development -Designing, deploying and managing robust network architectures including LAN, WAN, VPN, P2P and SAN, ensuring secure & seamless connectivity across the enterprise
- Strategic IT Management & Consulting – Providing strategic direction and expert consulting to align technology initiatives with business objectives for operational efficiency & growth
- Managing security & surveillance systems; Voice & Data systems
- IT Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Capacity Building & Technical Training- Developing & empowering technical teams through targeted training, mentorship & knowledge transfer
- Responsible for the business IT systems, external connections (TNM/Starlink), extensive WiFi network (Ubiquity) IP Telephoney (Polycom) Access Control (Kintronics) also supporting users and management of applications (MSOffice inc Teams) Adobe Acrobat, Xero and others.
Pre-requisites
- University Degree Educated in Computing
- Ability to demonstrate how you have previously managed IT operations & vendor relationships
- Must have a solid understanding of IT including infrastructure, software & hardware
- A good understanding of security measures & data management practices
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
ASSISTANT HEAD OF AGRONOMY
Duties
Supports Head of Agronomy in managing indoor cannabis cultivation under GACP and GMP conditions
Pre-requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Horticulture or Plant Science Background in Cannabis preferred but not required
- Prior experience in Horticultural or Agricultural management with strong understanding of fertigation & nutrient application, integrated pest management & substrate handling
- Experience in leading large teams & be capable of supervising large scale plant production
- Strong computer literacy particularly in Microsoft Excel & report generation
NURSERY SUPERVISOR
Duties
- To oversee all mother plant propagation activities across our indoor cannabis facility, ensuring compliance with GACP & GMP standards
- To manage nursery team, monitoring clone (cutting) health and rooting success & maintaining clean, well-organised propagation zones
Pre-requisites
- Experience in commercial plant nurseries or propagation management with strong understanding of clone care, mother plant health, sanitation protocols & traceability systems
- Should be confident in leading teams, coordinating with other departments & generating performance reports Proficiency in Excel or cultivation software is essential
- Pro-active, detail-oriented individual who can work in high humidity environments & is committed to genetic integrity, plant health & nursery excellence
DRYING/TRIMMING SUPERVISOR
Duties
- Oversee the full post-harvest process, including drying, trimming, curing & primary packaging of cannabis under GMP standards
Supervise post-harvest crew, coordinating batch scheduling, maintaining documentation & ensuring strict compliance with SOPs &GMP requirements - Ensure environmental controls, traceability & hygiene are maintained throughout all post-harvest stages including the sensitive curing phase where they will be accountable for monitoring moisture levels, product quality & packaging readiness
Pre-requisites
- Experience with drying processes whether it be tea, tobacco processing or hibiscus drying. BSc in Agricultural Engineering (focusing on post-harvest systems, drying equipment, irrigation, etc) or MSc in Process Engineering (with emphasis on food- or bioprocessing)
- Knowledge of post-harvest cannabis operations including curing protocols & their impact on product quality & shelf life
- Strong leadership experience, GMP documentation skills & a proven ability to manage both people & process flows
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with cleanroom practices & comfort working in a compliance-driven environment
