About Ministry of Education- The Government of Malawi through the Ministry of Education (MoE) is implementing a project called Improving Secondary Education in Malawi (ISEM) II project with support from the European Union. The financing agreement was signed for a total cost of Euros 55 Million. The primary goal of this initiative is to provide young people with more equitable opportunities for completing good quality secondary education and development skills.
