Limbe Leaf Tobacco Company Limited, one of the leading tobacco processors in Malawi, has the following vacant position at its Head Office in Lilongwe on full time basis.
STORES BUYER
The successful candidate will among other duties be required to:
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers on requirements for Procurement
- Preparing internal purchase documents for approval prior to ordering
- Follow ups and checking deliveries with suppliers on orders placed
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of Diploma in Procurement & Supply Chain Management from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy institution in a similar role
- Hardworking and trustworthy
- Must be between 25 and 35 years of age
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision
