- A bachelor’s degree in education specializing in Special Needs Education, vocational studies or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands experience in special needs education in IGSCE syllabus schools (Not a must but a preferred requirement)
- Experience in designing and implementing adaptive teaching strategies for students with diverse abilities.
- Additional advantage for those with experience in vocational skills training for special needs individuals.
- A diploma in early childhood development would be advantageous.
