Soya Processing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire soya processing operation, from raw material intake to finished product packaging.
  • Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize output.
  • Manage a team of processing staff, providing leadership, supervision, and capacity building.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare reports on production performance, inventory levels, and any deviations or incidents.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in food or feed processing, preferably in soya or grain-related operations.
  • Strong knowledge of processing machinery, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and production reporting tools.
