Job Summary

The Social Media Officer will manage and enhance AD Consult International’s online presence through strategic social media campaigns. This role involves creating and managing engaging content, fostering community engagement, and analyzing performance to drive brand awareness and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy and Management

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with AD Consult International’s objectives.
  • Manage social media accounts across platforms, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and platforms to recommend improvements.

Content Creation

  • Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, posts) tailored to the audience.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align content with branding guidelines and campaign objectives.
    Write compelling and error-free captions, blogs, and other promotional materials.

Community Engagement

  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster online community growth.
  • Monitor and manage online feedback, escalating issues when necessary to relevant departments.
  • Identify and collaborate with potential influencers or partners for brand amplification.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track and analyze social media metrics using analytics tools.
    Generate monthly performance reports highlighting growth, engagement, and insights.
  • Use performance data to refine and optimize future campaigns.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost reach and client engagement.
  • Manage social media ad budgets effectively and provide ROI analysis for campaigns.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Follower growth rate across all platforms.
  2. Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares).
  3. Reach and impressions of key campaigns.
  4. Number of inquiries or leads generated via social media.
  5. Monthly social media performance improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. At least 1–2 years of experience managing professional social media accounts.
  3. Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
  4. Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
  5. Experience managing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Skills and Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
  • Ability to create and manage multimedia content (graphics, photos, videos).
  • Experience with performance tracking and data analysis tools.
