ROLE TITLE: SITE FOREMAN (3)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities on-site to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage and lead a team of workers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on-site.
- Monitor the progress of the project, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and other project-related information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Foreman construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or degree preferred.
