Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Shop Manager at Sana Cash ‘N’ Carry. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the store. This includes overseeing customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience, and managing store operations. While the role is primarily located in Mzuzu, there is flexibility for some remote work.
