Job Summary

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving growth of the business client base and closing and winning the biggest deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiating and closing deals.

  • Achieve growth and sales targets, driving team to success.

  • Establish strategic partnerships, build, promote and own strong customer relationshipsconnections and networks.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  • Managing sales pipeline, and building a pipeline of top tier clients and opportunities.

  • Lead, organize, supervise and be responsible for the preparation and submission of bids and proposals.

  • Present sales and revenue forecasts and provide updates on progress and successes.

  • Identify emerging markets, opportunities and market shifts.

Principal Outputs of This Role

  • Formulation and effective implementation of growth strategies.

  • Highly motivated sales team and sales success record.


  • The Senior Sales Executive will be accountable to the Commercial Director


  • History of negotiating and closing bigger deals, ideally selling a service into the SME / Large business sectors.

  • Proven track-record in leading a broad range of successful bids/proposals.

  • Be a hunter and negotiator, with a history of hitting ambitious targets and thrive on sales and smashing targets.

  • Strong business sense and industry expertise of selling B2B services into large businesses.

  • Experience on-boarding clients and an outstanding account management skills.

  • Enthusiastic, results-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills

  • High moral standing with impeccable integrity

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • A tertiary qualification in Sales & Marketing, Business or a related field

  • Minimum five (5) years experience in sales management

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
