African Bat Conservation
ABC are recruiting for a paid Bat Research Assistant to assist the team in all aspects of field research work mainly based at the Urban Research Centre based in Lilongwe, and across our field sites including Kuti Wildlife Reserve, and around Salima and Lake Malawi.
Work includes harp trapping, mist netting, acoustic recording and roost surveying.
We will provide accommodation and food during your contract and a moderate stipend of $250 per month (paid in local currency).
The post will require field work at night and in the day and the candidate must be willing to work hard in challenging situations and be based in remote environments.
