Department/Area/Site: Technical Office – M1 Road rehabilitation project (Chatoloma /Kasungu)
Function: SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Reporting To: Project Director
Description of Responsibilities
- Preparation of Interim Payment Certificates including measurements and re-measurements of executed works on site
- Direct engagement with RE to close monthly certificate.
- Preparation of quantities for claims
- Management of sub-contractor certificates
- Material On Site Management
- Cost Control
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 5 years’ experience with National Roads and Bridges
- Applied knowledge of SATCC Specification
- Knowledge of NCB and FIDIC
- Other Relevant Qualifications
