Senior Engineer (Zalewa)
Main Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute current investment projects in accordance with legal aspects, health, safety, environment, risk management and adherence to physical, economic, and financial execution.
- Coordinate commission, ramp up and initial control of new equipment and processes.
- Supervise contracts according to the values of the company, compliance with legal requirements and conditions established in all stages of planning, contracting, mobilization, execution, and closure.
- Provide technical guidance to maintenance and operation teams.
- Assess technical potential, assist in the development of less experienced engineers, and work to reduce team deficiencies.
- Develop, implement, and support Engineering processes of MS (Management System) :- Master Plan, 52-Week Map, Maintenance Strategy, Reliability Studies.
- Apply Technical Engineering Diagnostics (DE) with identification of opportunities in technical aspects, training, environment, health, and safety personal and operational
- Performs operational simulations to leverage indicators / processes and modify procedures.
Qualification & Person Specification:
-
- University Degree/ Master’s in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics and telecommunications)
- 5 years experience
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership Skills
- Willingness to face challenges and display adaptability, responsibility, and flexibility
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
