Position: Senior Business Development Officer

Location: Blantyre or Lilongwe
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Implement strategic plans to achieve revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to set and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field is preferred, but not
  mandatory. We value experience and expertise just as much.
• Proven experience in marketing or business development role is highly valued. Candidates
  with extensive practical knowledge and skills will be strongly considered, even if formal
  educational qualifications are limited.
• Proven track record in business growth and customer engagement.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• A valid driving license (Optional).
